Beautiful self-catering beachfront property situated directly beside the soft white sands of Kilnaughton Bay on the Isle of Islay in the Inner Hebrides. This idyllic setting offers direct access to this quiet picturesque beach and a short walk or drive from the village of Port Ellen in the south of the island.

The lounge, with spectacular views over the beach, bay and to the village, has satellite TV (Sky) and will seat eight, with seating in the large, fully equipped breakfasting kitchen for six.

There are three bedrooms, one king-size, one double and one twin, all en-suite. There is also a second very relaxing reclining lounge with satellite TV (SKY)/DVD, which also has stunning views over the bay to the village.

The garden has a grassed area with a patio to the rear and a large terrace to the front overlooking the beach. There is seating and dining for eight out of doors and private parking for up to three cars.
